RSMs on Hinchcliffe horses and figure identification

I finally got around to pulling out the camera and taking a picture of the RSM95 figures mounted on Hinchcliffe horses. While I was at it, I also took a picture of a couple of Napoleonic figures that I need help identifying. If anyone recognizes the figures in the second photo, let me know. As always, click on the photos for an enlarged view.

They kind of have a "Scruby" look to them...but I'm not sure.

Any chance of a shot of the bottom of the base, for shape and any markings. Also, would you say they are 25mm? Or 20mm? What other range are they comparable with size wise? I shall ask around.

I've done a new post with further figures and info. Thanks for the suggestions so far.
