I agree! Phil Olley's work is most impressive. Actually, his "Classic Wargaming" armies are what awoke my own long-slumbering interest in developing armies and narratives for an imaginary 18th century campaign at the end of 2005. In addition to admirable modelling skills, he seems to be a ginuinely nice fellow too.
